Processing & Prescription Guidelines
Once you have completed the steps above, your request will be processed within 2 hours during our business hours (7 AM EST – 7 PM EST). A medical provider will review your intake form, and if you qualify*, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Important Notes:
- Requests received after (7 AM EST – 7 PM EST) will be processed the next business day.
- If additional information is needed, a staff member will contact you via phone or email.
- * Consultation fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Medication Exclusions
We do not prescribe the following medications via telehealth:
- Controlled substance
- Psychotropic medications
- Specialty medications, including injectable weight loss treatments
