At Labanks Medical Services, we offer urgent telehealth care consultations for treatment of uncomplicated health conditions that may arise. To bridge the gap between primary care and emergency room services, we are offering care for your urgent needs without you leaving your home.

Services are designed to treat non-life-threatening conditions, offering immediate care for minor injuries and illnesses without the need for an appointment. Patients benefit from shorter wait times and more affordable treatment costs compared to hospital emergency rooms.

Our convenient telehealth services are ideal for addressing sudden health concerns that require prompt attention but do not warrant a visit to the ER, such as medications refill, flu-like symptoms, acid reflux and more. By providing care outside of regular office hours, our convenient telehealth services offer flexible and accessible option for those who need medical attention without delay.

Labanks Medical Services offers virtual consultations for a variety of illnesses that may arise. Our virtual consultations are completely online and only cost $35 per e-visit and $65 for a video consult.

Once you have completed the above process, your request will be processed within 2 hours during the business hours of 7am – 7pm*. A medical provider will review your intake and if eligible**, will send your prescription to your pharmacy of choice.

* If a request is received after 7pm, it will be processed the next business day.

** If provider needs additional information, then a staff will reach out to patient by phone or email provided. The consultation is nonrefundable and does not guarantee medication being prescribed.
